19th Century Dutch cabinet or linen press cupboard later painted in an ethereal cream. The lower section is of bombe form incorporating three long graduated drawers above swept front supports with original cast brass fittings and decoration, the upper section enclosed by a pair of shaped and panelled doors, the oak lined interior fitted with a traditional layout of shelves and frieze drawers, set beneath a shaped and moulded pediment. A beautiful thing.
