DELIVERY & RETURNS
Please kindly call or email us at Mo Mo Mazing in order for us to calculate any delivery costs and any special instructions before purchasing.
We will always endeavour to keep delivery costs to an absolute minimum but due to each delivery being unique in geography terms and requirements we deal with each purchaser in a personal basis.
Deliveries are usually within 3 weeks of receipt of full payment. We use an external and reliable courier, hence the lead time given. The courier is a one-man operation unless otherwise stipulated at the time of purchase. If an additional person is required to help unload, this should be stated prior to obtaining a delivery quote.
We are unable to reserve any pieces without a non refundable 25% deposit, the full balance to be paid within 7 days. This is purely to stop the reservation of pieces and non payment of goods.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please call or email us before purchasing in order us for to calculate the costs of shipping along with any associated taxes.You are liable for any import tax should it be relevant.
RETURNS
The most import things to us at Mo Mo Mazing is that you, our clients have absolute confidence in what you purchase. We will accept returns strictly within 7 days should items be damaged in transit or not as described. No other reason will guarantee a return or a refund. If the reason for a return is a change of mind, unfortunately the refund will be minus our 25% non-refundable deposit.
