Early 19th Century Welsh oak (pine interior) farmhouse kitchen cupboard or in the Welsh Language 'cwpwrdd cegin'. A one piece cupboard of simple peg joined construction with original back and cast iron hinges, twin upper glazed doors over two frieze drawers and base cupboard below enclosed by panel doors - all having brass knobs, working locks with original diamond shape bone escutcheons. The interior of the top cupboard has been painted many times over the years..... and will be again, no doubt. A wonderful piece of original Welsh furniture with a patina that tells a story.
